Esencia Canina is a dog residence located in an urbanization of L'Ametlla del Vallès, just 20 minutes from the city of Barcelona. The owners are Júlia and Esteban, dog educators who offer their services as caregivers in their home, with a fully fenced 7,500 m2 plot so that the dogs can play and enjoy nature without problems. They reject the use of cages and closed rooms, so they welcome residents as members of their own family. Thus, the dogs enjoy comfortable sofas and beds, surveillance 24 hours a day and going outside.
The entrances of the dogs to the kennel are carried out in the mornings, so that they have the whole day to adapt to the home and the rest of the residents. In this sense, they establish as a requirement that dogs be sociable, vaccinated and desperate, both internally and externally. In case of doubt about the coexistence of the dog with other dogs, they offer the possibility of explaining the case to try to treat it.
The care is personalized, so that the owners have the option of bringing their own food and detailing the dog's hours, medical treatments if any, etc.
Places are limited in order to serve residents as they deserve. Likewise, their rates are fixed throughout the year, without distinction by season, race or age. And if it is not possible to access the residence to leave the dog, at Esencia Canina they offer a transport service with pick-up hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and deliveries from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. h.
In addition to being a kennel, at Esencia Canina they offer their services as home dog educators, promoting communication and trust between dog and human, self-control and positive educational methods.
