What do you need

Making a perfume for dogs at home is very easy and super simple, yes, remember that you must not use alcohol or substances that can irritate your skin. To start you will need to gather all the products that allow you to make a perfume for your dog at home:

  • 50 ml distilled water
  • 10 ml liquid glycerin
  • A lemon
  • Apple vinager
  • Mint

But… what is each of these elements for?

Distilled water acts as the base of the product, just as alcohol would in perfumes intended for human use. The glycerin fixes and gives body to the whole mixture while the apple cider vinegar, in a very small proportion, gives shine to your dog's coat.

The rest of the products that we have chosen such as lemon or mint, we have selected them because they serve to refresh your pet, yes, they are of free choice: you can do it only with mint, substitute lemon for orange, lavender oil or almond oil.
